It was created to revolutionise career skills and experience, providing a framework of support for thousands of young people throughout the country. O2 even offers funding to help bring ideas to life, using tech for social good and encouraging innovation.

O2’s Go Think Big is a one-stop-shop to help young people get a foot on the career ladder. Their online hub is filled with useful tools to help young people identify their talents and passions, develop new skills and kick start their dream career. Users can also be connected to industry experts, from entrepreneurs and tech wizards, who are there to provide invaluable hints and tips.
Impacting the future
Think Big’s direct grassroots investment in new ideas changes lives forever; growing confidence, building resilience skills and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit to create leaders of the future. To date, Go Think Big has funded and supported over 7,500 young people’s big ideas and for every pound spent, they return £3.81 in social benefit.
